Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CyberWhale handles personal information when you visit our website or submit an inquiry through our contact form.

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Who we are

CyberWhale provides cybersecurity training programs and consultancy services. This website serves as a promotional presence for those offerings — it does not process payments, manage accounts, or store user data directly.

For any data protection questions, contact us at info@cyberwhale.in.

2. Information we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any user-facing data collection beyond the contact form described below.

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and message. This information is transmitted to our inbox via a third-party form delivery service (Web3Forms) and is not stored in any database on our end.

Infrastructure-level data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard request metadata — such as IP addresses and HTTP headers — as part of normal server operation and security. This is not actively collected or retained by us.

3. How we use your information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our training programs or consultancy services, and follow up on any request you have made. We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services to operate the contact form:

  • Web3Forms — handles form submission and email delivery. Your form data passes through their infrastructure to reach our inbox.
  • hCaptcha — provides bot and spam protection on the contact form. Solving the captcha challenge may involve processing behavioral data per hCaptcha's own privacy policy.
  • Vercel — hosts and serves this website. Standard request data is processed as part of their infrastructure operations.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about how your data is handled at the infrastructure level.

5. Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data under any circumstances. Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-on communication. If you would like us to delete your submission, contact us at info@cyberwhale.in and we will do so promptly.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. Contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered via an established third-party service. However, no method of internet transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure, and we cannot be held responsible for breaches that are outside our reasonable control.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cyberwhale.in. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or applicable legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
