Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CyberWhale website and any engagement with our training or consultancy services initiated through it.

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Your continued use after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Scope of services

CyberWhale provides cybersecurity education, professional training, advisory, and consultancy support. This website is a promotional resource for those services — it does not facilitate direct enrollments, payments, or account creation.

Inquiries submitted through the contact form are the starting point for any engagement. Actual service delivery, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon separately through direct communication. Where a formal proposal, enrollment agreement, or statement of work is issued, the terms in that document will apply to the specific engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intent as an informational resource. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use the contact form or any feature of this site for spam, phishing, or deceptive communications
  • Interfere with the operation or availability of the website
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any website content in violation of applicable intellectual property rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this website complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, branding, course descriptions, graphics, and structural design — is owned by or licensed to CyberWhale. Nothing on this site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from CyberWhale.

5. Engagements and payments

This website does not process payments. All fees, payment schedules, and commercial terms are communicated directly during the engagement process and documented in a separate agreement or confirmation.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions — where applicable — will be specified in the relevant enrollment or service agreement. In the absence of a separate agreement, requests should be directed to info@cyberwhale.in.

6. Disclaimers

Website content is provided on an "as is" basis for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content on this site, uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, or specific outcomes from training, advisory, or consultancy services.

Cybersecurity training develops knowledge and professional competency. It does not guarantee certification outcomes, employment, or the prevention of any specific security incident.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberWhale, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access this website, any reliance on information provided on this site, or matters arising from service engagements not yet formalised under a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including in relation to fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For questions about these terms or any aspect of our services, contact us at info@cyberwhale.in.
